Lumber Liquidators sell hardwood and laminate wood flooring and want a commercial which "sets up a contrast between "wood" and carpet in a memorable, funny way." Tech Deck: Never Stop Skating Video Contest

Tech Deck make tiny skateboard that allow your fingers to do skateboarding tricks so that skate fans can practice their favorite trick in the no-skate zones. They are looking for some 30 to 60 second videos that show scenarios where skating isn't allowed and how TechDeck comes to the rescue. Your video should include the Tech Deck logo, tagline "Never Stop Skating" and close with the Tech Deck End Slate. You can download both the brief and materials from Zooppa's contest page to help in the creation of your video.
Prize:The best overall video wins $1500, 2nd get $700, 3rd get $300 and 4th, 5th, and 6th place gets $200. There are also prizes for the best fingerboarding with 1st getting $500, 2nd gets $300 and 3rd gets $100.

In this video assignment from Poptent and Skol they are looking for videos under 90 seconds that can either be used in Skol's national TV commercial campaign or specifically designed for the web so that it will be passed around. Skol have two new drinks out and for the Skol Liter drink they are looking for videos with a message of "When buying Skol Litrao you are not paying for the bottle; you only pay for Skol (the beer)" and for Skol 360 the message is "The beer that doesnʼt bloat you". Reporters Without Borders Student Video Contest

Reporters Without Borders is challenging US college students to create a video PSA of up to 50-seconds to help raise awareness about press freedom. Video entries should answer the question "Why should we care about press freedom?” The are looking for something that is creative, professional, and has enough impact to not only catch the viewers attention, but make them absorb the message, even after the video is off the air. Prize:The winners PSA will air on CNN on May 3, 2012 and the winner may get an internship with Reporters Without Borders if you are able. Also, Reporters Without Borders will honor you at a press conference that day, and pay for travel and accommodations to New York City for up to three of your team members.
Rules:Video contest is only open to students enrolled full or part time in an accredited university located in the United States who are 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the 50 United States.
